Does my insurance cover?
Most Danes are covered by one or more insurance policies, either taken out privately or through their workplace. In many cases, your insurance covers expenses for assessment or treatment with either a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Aleris PP collaborates with a wide range of insurance and pension companies. Read more about your options here.
Use your health insurance for treatment by a psychologist or a psychiatrist
If you have a health insurance policy that covers treatment by a psychologist or a psychiatrist, it will often cover treatment at Aleris PP. We recommend that you contact your insurance company and inquire about your options for coverage or reimbursement for psychological or psychiatric assessment or treatment at Aleris PP. If we are not a regular part of the limited network your insurance company uses, you may be able to be referred to us anyway.
Coverage via other insurance policies
If you have disability insurance or accident insurance, and have been unable to work for an extended period due to mental health issues, you can contact your insurance or pension company to inquire about the possibilities of covering psychological or psychiatric assessment or treatment at Aleris PP.
Furthermore, your private accident insurance or household insurance may in some cases cover sessions with a psychologist or psychiatrist. If you have experienced a sudden event or incident at your workplace, your employer's mandatory workers' compensation insurance may also be utilized in some cases. This insurance sometimes covers psychological injuries resulting from threats, accidents, or other traumatic events that occur at work. Contact your pension or insurance company to inquire about the options.
