Please note you can find all information from Aleris PP in our app 'Aleris Online' or on our website online.aleris.dk. To remind you of your appointment at Aleris PP we will send you a text (SMS) or an e-mail when the appointment is scheduled as well as 24 hours before your appointment.
Prices and payment
Please remember to stop by our reception desk upon arrival to finalize your payment. We accept credit cards and MobilePay.
In regard to assessment, some activities are invoiced throughout the assessment process. Read more under About psychiatric assessment below. Package deals that consist of multiple sessions are paid up front at the beginning of the course.
Prices apply from July 1st, 2023. Prices apply to children and adolescents under the age of 18.
You may be charged an additional language fee for psychiatric assessment in English. You can inquire more about this fee when scheduling your appointment.
Cancellations
If you are prevented from showing up for your appointment, please cancel by calling +45 3637 2800 no later than the day before by 3 pm. In cases of late cancellation or no-show, we will invoice for the scheduled appointment. Please note that this also applies if you have been referred by an insurance company or pension fund.
About psychiatric assessment
To undergo psychiatric assessment at Aleris PP, you need to have participated in a pre-assessment screening with a child psychiatrist or a specialized child psychologist. We offer assessment of all psychiatric disorders and conditions. The extent of the assessment is agreed upon with your practitioner.
We offer a full assessment package for ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. The price of the assessment package depends on the child's individual needs and includes:
- the necessary neuropsychological examinations and other tests
- interdisciplinary conference regarding the diagnostic conclusion
- a feedback interview where we go through the results and confer about a further course of action
Some activities are invoiced throughout the assessment process. Aside from conducting tests and interviews with you and your child, the practitioners also spend time preparing, compiling test results, in interdisciplinary conference etc. This is also invoiced and included in the price range for the assessment.
Please note that the pre-assessment screening, subsequent treatment, and follow-ups on medication are not included in package pricing.
Medication and perscriptions
We help with the application for subsidy for your prescription and write a discharge summary for your doctor without additional fees. We can renew prescriptions twice between appointments without further costs. After this you will need to consult a psychiatrist to further renew your prescriptions.
If you have questions about your treatment
If you have any questions or need to get in touch with the clinic, feel free to call customer service during our opening hours. If it turns out that you need to speak directly with one of our practitioners, customer service will arrange for the appropriate professional to call you back. You can typically expect to be contacted within a maximum of 4 working days.
Please note that status certificates, medication letters, and prescription renewals beyond two free renewals require an appointment to be booked in the practitioner's schedule.
